Background
CEFE Investments cc was initiated by CEFE International certified Master Trainers and Trainers who were trained through a comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) programme sponsored by GTZ. Our team has since built an outstanding track record delivering entrepreneurship and capacity development programmes across Namibia.
We actively design and facilitate training in areas such as Business Management, Marketing and Customer Service, Communication Skills, Leadership, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, HIV/AIDS, Financial Management, Mentoring and Coaching, Business Incubation and more.

Trainers’ Qualifications
Our team of fourteen professional consultants and trainers are university graduates in Education, Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship and MBA programmes.

Two CEFE Master Trainers and Lead Consultants helped develop the first training manuals for the Namibia Youth Credit Scheme (NYCS) and have authored multiple entrepreneurship and leadership manuals currently in use.

Windhoek Rural SME Project
Appointed to conduct training needs assessment and develop a tailor-made training programme for SMEs supported under a microfinance project.
